How To Repair The Engraving Machine

When the engraving machine can;t work normally, it may be a problem with its internal components or other reasons. The following is a general introduction to the problems that often arise.

 (1) One of the three axes cannot move. At this moment, check whether the corresponding drive block of the corresponding axis is damaged. To view the method, use the replacement method: unplug the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed shaft and insert it on the drive corresponding to the other active shaft. 

(2) If the non-moving axis moves normally after AC, it can be clarified that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged, and the drive block needs to be replaced. If the axis is not fixed, it is impossible to clarify that the cable or the motor has a faulty replacement cable or motor. The three axes cannot move. At this moment, check if the three-axis aviation plug is connected to the control box and the control box power has been turned over. Whether the data cable is connected to the control box and the control card in the computer mainframe. If all of the above are normal, please contact the factory.

 (3) The spindle does not work properly. First look at the error code displayed on the LED display screen of the inverter (see the inverter error code item in the inverter). The following is an example of the YIXING inverter. YIXING series inverter common faults and treatment (1.5 kW) 

Fault code: DL output short circuit to see if the motor and cable are shorted 

OL1OL2 load is too large, the motor is blocked, the blockage is eliminated, and the load is reduced.

OH overheating load is too large, cooling fan damage, reduce load replacement fan (Note: When the inverter shows DL, the reset button is invalid, please power off and restart the inverter to eliminate the problem)
